- Additional sum insured for supervisory directors
- Additional sum insured for directors in the event of prejudgment attachment (third-party attachment) by a creditor
- Costs for a PR adviser and crisis management
- Cover for damage to the company in the event of indemnification of directors by the legal entity
- Extendable cover for environmental pollution, employment regulations (employment practices liability) and pension management (pension trust liability)
You can combine this cover with commercial crime insurance (available from November 2025) or cyber risk insurance.
